WANDERSNOUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: 28 September 2026

OVERVIEW

Wandersnout is an online store operated by Zizush, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94740763. In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Zizush, trading as Wandersnout.

These Terms describe the rights and obligations that apply when you visit our website, place an order or use our services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable law does not permit us to do so.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes and only in compliance with applicable law. When you place an order or create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information and for keeping your account information secure.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display products, images, prices, dimensions, features and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour, dimensions or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting or production batches.

Pet products should be used in accordance with product information and with appropriate supervision where reasonable. Inspect products regularly for wear or damage and stop using a product if it no longer appears safe.

We may change product information, prices and assortment for future orders. This does not retrospectively change the agreed price or essential terms of an accepted order, except where applicable law or an agreement with you permits it.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

Before payment, review the product, variant, quantity, price, any subscription terms and the shipping address carefully. By placing an order you confirm that the information you supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where legally permitted, including because of unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or system error, fraud or abuse indicators, or inability to perform the order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund the amounts that applicable law or the agreement requires us to refund.

SECTION 4 - ORDER CANCELLATION

We process orders quickly. A request to cancel or modify an order is not guaranteed and is only accepted once Wandersnout confirms it in writing.

Once processing, preparation or fulfilment has started, we may refuse a voluntary cancellation request to the extent permitted by law. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be stopped as an ordinary order cancellation. Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy and mandatory statutory rights then apply.

United States: for orders delivered to the United States, sales are final once processing or fulfilment has started, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Change of mind, buyer's remorse, an accidental purchase, choosing the wrong variant or quantity, or no longer wanting the product does not create a contractual right to cancellation, return, exchange or refund after that point. Mandatory federal and state rights remain fully applicable, including rights that may arise from certain shipping delays.

EU/EEA and United Kingdom: statutory withdrawal and distance-selling cancellation rights remain applicable and are not restricted by the operational cancellation rules above.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency configured for the relevant market or region. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown in accordance with applicable law and destination before the order is submitted.

The price shown at checkout when an order is placed applies to that order, subject to obvious errors and to the extent a correction is permitted by law.

Payments are processed through payment providers. Wandersnout/Zizush does not itself store complete card details. You are responsible for accurate payment, billing and contact information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to process and deliver orders carefully and within indicated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed or applicable law provides otherwise.

Further information on processing, tracking, addresses, refused parcels, missing shipments and transit issues is set out in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes at the point determined by applicable law. Where consumer law requires risk to remain with the seller until physical receipt by the consumer or an appointed third party, that rule is not limited by these Terms.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS BY MARKET

Our full Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

United States: to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, orders are final sale once processing or fulfilment has started. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after that point. This does not apply where applicable law requires a remedy, including as applicable for defective or damaged goods, incorrect delivery, material non-conformity, non-delivery or a legally relevant shipping delay.

EU/EEA: consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable. In general, the cooling-off period is 14 days after receipt. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer where this was validly disclosed in advance and applicable law permits it.

United Kingdom: consumers retain mandatory distance-selling rights applicable to the purchase, including where applicable the 14-day cancellation period after receipt and the subsequent statutory return period.

Other destinations: Wandersnout does not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return right unless expressly stated in writing or on the relevant sales page. Mandatory local rights remain applicable.

SECTION 8 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially non-conforming, contact info@wandersnout.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and relevant photos or video. We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the contract.

A request for prompt notification does not reduce longer mandatory warranty or consumer rights.

SECTION 9 - REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute an accepted cancellation, withdrawal or return. Actual costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal or non-collection may be charged or deducted to the extent permitted by law.

For United States final-sale orders, refusal or non-collection does not automatically create a right to refund. Consumers who have a statutory withdrawal right retain that right when the legal requirements are met.

SECTION 10 - SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Where a product or service is sold as a subscription, the frequency, price, any introductory terms and cancellation method are shown before the order is placed. Specific subscription terms and mandatory law for the relevant market also apply.

Ending a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or become payable unless applicable law or the specific subscription terms provide otherwise.

SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product presentations, designs, graphics and brand materials, is owned by Wandersnout/Zizush or used with permission of the rights holder. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish or commercially use this content without prior written permission except where the law permits it.

SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment and shipping services, review tools, tracking tools and other technical or commercial providers. Use of independent third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

We do not exclude our own statutory responsibility to consumers merely because a task has been outsourced to a third party.

SECTION 13 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to independent third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, operation or security except where applicable law attributes responsibility to us.

SECTION 14 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Purchases through the store are made directly from Zizush, trading as Wandersnout. Shopify is not a party to the purchase contract between you and us.

SECTION 15 - PRIVACY

When you use our website or place an order, we process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Personal data may be processed by Shopify and other service providers to operate the store, payments, fulfilment, shipping, customer service and related functions.

SECTION 16 - REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you share a review, comment, photo, suggestion or other feedback, you grant us permission to use it to manage, improve and promote our store and products to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for content you share. We may moderate, refuse or remove user content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or violates reasonable platform rules.

SECTION 17 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. We may correct them. If a relevant error affects an order already placed, we act in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law.

SECTION 18 - PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website for unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purposes, to infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt systems, collect data without authority or impersonate another person or organisation. We may restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 19 - LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Wandersnout/Zizush is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage resulting from incorrect, careless or unusual use of products.

No limitation in these Terms applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory product and consumer rights.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss and costs directly resulting from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

SECTION 21 - FORCE MAJEURE

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures directly caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including major carrier disruptions, strikes, technical outages, government measures, customs delays, natural disasters or comparable events. Mandatory rights to delivery, termination or refund remain applicable.

SECTION 22 - TERMINATION AND SEVERABILITY

We may restrict or terminate access to the website or services for abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision is adjusted only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

SECTION 23 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and contracts with Zizush, trading as Wandersnout, are governed by Dutch law to the extent that this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection that would otherwise apply under the law applicable in the absence of this choice.

We prefer to resolve disputes by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, disputes may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under the applicable rules. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to give up a competent court or dispute procedure that mandatory law makes available.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may amend these Terms for future transactions. The latest version is published on our website. Orders already placed generally remain governed by the Terms that formed part of the agreement when the order was placed, unless applicable law or a later express agreement provides otherwise.
