Start with Mizu switched off and let your cat investigate the object calmly. Then activate the play experience and give plenty of distance and time.
Safe surface
Place the system level on a water-resistant surface. Keep the immediate area clear of items that must not get wet.
Water and cleaning
Use clean water, check the level and clean the parts according to the supplied instructions.
Supervision
Do not leave an electrical water toy unattended if your cat chews on parts or tries to pull them loose.

Is Mizu a drinking fountain?
Mizu Flow is offered as an interactive enrichment system. Use it according to the supplied instructions and always provide a normal, clean drinking station as well.
What if my cat does not play at first?
That is normal. Some cats observe a new object from a distance first. Give them space and try again later without forcing interaction.
Can Mizu be used without a visible cable?
Mizu is rechargeable and designed for flexible placement. Follow the instructions for charging and safe use.
Which colour can I choose?

Is supervision required?
