Shipping policy

At Wandersnout, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Delivery time Our products are shipped directly from the warehouse of our logistics partner. Depending on the product, this may be a European or international warehouse. The expected delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium is 7-15 business days during busy periods. Delivery times for international orders can vary by destination.

Shipping costs We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and the USA. For other destinations, the applicable shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.

Incorrect address Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Wandersnout is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because an incorrect address was provided.
